
After
several car accidents in the early 90's I turned to
yoga as a way to stop the recurring pain I constantly
experienced in my neck and lower back. In the 15 years
since, it has been a fulfilling path of knowledge, strength,
and inner calm that I have found within my practice
as a student of yoga. It truly is a mind body spirit
union, as it has not only kept my muscles strong, to
keep my spine in alignment, it has also helped me achieve
a sense of quiet confidence, compassion, inner peace
and balance that no other activity I know of could have
accomplished.
I
enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge with others,
and hope to be able to help people simply realize the
amazing potential of their mental, spiritual and physical
capabilities. I learn something new with every practice
myself, and you never know what you can do, until you
give it a try.
No
one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one
may. We ourselves must walk the path.
