YOGA FOR STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE AND STRESS RELIEF

A slower Yin style Yoga that will help build overall strength and muscle tone and create better flexibility and balance. Relaxation techniques to help release mental and physical tension while cultivating focus and inner calm are practiced during the last 10 minutes. Level 1 - 2.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel for these classes.

Yoga that will help build strength and improve balance, tone and lengthen your muscles, and even burn some calories! New students may want to begin with the 11:30 class unless you are currently doing weight bearing exercise. Level 2.

YOGA FOR FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE AND STRESS RELIEF

Stretches designed to relax, renew and destress the body mind and spirit. Gentle poses to help you become more flexible, improve your balance and release tension. You will also learn to calm your mind using simple breathing and relaxation techniques. Perfect class for those new to yoga, or just looking to unwind and release stress. Level 1.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel for these classes.

PRIVATE CLASSES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE WITH KIM:

There are a variety of custom classes that can be created for you.

Classes are available in the privacy of your own home or place of work, or at a predetermined studio.

Whether you want a workout to burn calories, or to learn breathing and meditation  techniques and stretching postures to reduce stress, there is a custom class waiting to be designed for you. You may choose private sessions, for single or couples, group sessions with your friends, or take some time at work to create a more balanced, conducive, creative and unified work force.

An average yoga class lasts from one to two hours, depending on the design and function of the session. Most classes contain practices of breath work, static and flowing postures and meditation. The length and duration of any of these elements will be custom designed to meet your specific needs.
