COPAN, HONDURAS
Yoga Adventure Retreat:

Copan Honduras is home to Hot Springs, a Macaw Sanctuary, coffee plantations and Central America's second largest Mayan ruins site, Copan Ruinas.

I have two tentative dates for this retreat:

February 4th - 10th, and/or March 24th - 29th.

Please let me know immediately if you are interested and which date would be best for you. I will be happy to do two trips if there is insterest. Spirit Air flies out of Ft. Lauderdale, and is offering very inexpensive flights if they are booked soon. The choice of hotels also depends on the number of participants. I would like to keep it at 12 participants total.

I have been to Honduras twice in the last 3 years, and have enjoyed it so much, I want to share it with anyone interested in Latin Culture, beautiful scenery, mystic Mayan ruins and wonderful friendly people.

Adventure Includes:

• 1st night accomodation in San Pedro Sula, and 5 nights accomodation in Copan, Honduras

• Breakfast and Lunch on scheduled activity days.

• Yoga classes (2 per day) in various locations in Copan.

• Transportation from San Pedro Sula to Copan and back to San Pedro Sula.

• Transportation to all scheduled activities.

• Admission to all scheduled activities.
